Buyers cover shipping costs for returns not due to True Toilet LLC's error; we’ll provide labels and instructions. Unauthorized returns are not accepted. For damaged or incorrect items, contact us immediately.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection, though additional bank processing time may apply. If a refund is delayed beyond 14 business days, please contact us at contact@truetoilet.com.
